1. Our policy

EnglishKnowledgeHub.com is built on our own writing and examples. If you think something on this site copies your work without permission, we take that seriously. We will check and act on valid notices under the DMCA law.

2. Filing a notice

A valid notice must include:

  • Your signature (by hand or online) as the copyright owner, or as someone allowed to act for them
  • The work you say was copied
  • The exact page link on our site where you see it
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement that you truly believe the use was not allowed
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury (a formal legal promise that you are telling the truth), that your notice is correct and that you are allowed to act on this

3. Notice template

You are welcome to copy this template and fill in your own details, instead of writing from scratch:

Subject: DMCA Takedown Request I am the copyright owner of the work below, or I am allowed to act for the owner. 4. Our response

We check valid notices and remove or block the material when needed, usually within a few business days. If someone else posted the material, we may also send them your notice.

5. If you disagree

If we removed your content and you think that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice. Include your contact details, which material was removed, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe it was removed by mistake.

6. Repeated copying

If someone copies work again and again, and we confirm it, we may block them from posting on or being named on this site.
